Design lead in Coople's Innovation team. Working in London, Zurich and Minsk to collaborate with designers, engineers and product managers. Creating, maintaining and advocating holistic design across all platforms (Web, iOS, Android). Evolving and maintaining a transparent design processes for consistency throughout the brand.

Participating in roadmap scope, research, feedback sessions, iteration and prototyping. Adapting and improving experience for customers, based on direct feedback and test sessions.

Sharing Coople's product releases and learnings during sprints. Hosting product demonstrations to share new features and fixes with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Management.

Promoting collaboration across all teams and countries. Supporting product launch in the UK, and product relaunch, rebranding and migration in Switzerland. 

Usability & Interaction Designer @ Coople

Mar '16 – Nov '16

Early hire of Staff Finder (Zurich) for company expansion, Coople (London). Scheduled weekly test sessions for customers with product prototypes. From customer learnings, created specifications and mock-ups for product improvement.

Supported marketing with management of new brand, and redefined product libraries to be consistent with rebrand. Improved layout, typography and visual hierarchy of MVP. Planned and attended recruitment events for customers for ad hoc feedback and understanding of customers’ needs and requirements.

Design Lead @ Bundle

May '14 - Mar '16

A side project which led to a role as design lead for an small team of 6, building a iOS hyperlocal news application. Responsible for the design lifecycle, from concept to execution. Managed the Development team to support transparency and communication to ensure business and development targets were met.

Worked on a business plan and pitch deck that led to a successful crowdfunding campaign on Seedrs, raising 160% of our target. Led the team to secure a place at Capital Factory, working alongside industry leaders in Austin, Texas.

Digital Designer @ Erudite Agency

Jan '15 – Oct '15

Provided Creative Direction for Twinings, PokerStars, Full Tilt, Mercury Holidays, Tinc and HippoBag. Led design discussions and campaign planning during client meetings.
Presented creative concepts and inventive design solutions for web projects, digital content, illustration, infographics and creative marketing campaigns. Reworked and shaped the creative briefing process to support client/agency communication.

Digital Designer @ Surface media

Oct '13 - Mar '14

Developed skills in logo, web, app, and photo retouching. Completed a self-led project on character, illustration and game design for an iOS game, Shack Attack.
