How I think & lead

I balance joy with candid insight, making space for ideas that actually work.

I believe the best products emerge at the intersection of creativity, inclusivity, and empowered problem-solving.

I aim to create an environment where people feel safe to experiment, supported to grow, and confident to challenge assumptions. Strong convictions, loosely held.

For me, design leadership means balancing vision with care for the people who bring that vision to life.

I think globally, embracing differences while blending product, people, and purpose.

Snippets of Projects

The work shown here represents both hands on design work and projects I’ve led as a Product Design Manager. In more recent years, my role has been to set vision, guide strategy, challenge assumptions, and provide design critique — enabling the team to produce their best work. While I’ve been deeply involved in shaping outcomes, the credit also belongs to my talented colleagues who continued the heavy lifting to bring these ideas to life.

Triangirls is a community for women and non-binary professionals in tech, created to spark honest conversations about confidence, leadership, and career growth. What started as a small casual meetup in 2018 after work, became a series of sell-out events bringing together hundreds of people to learn, share, and support each other. With inspiring speakers, industry partnerships, and mentorship for first-time speakers, Triangirls continues to champion inclusivity and empowerment across the tech industry.
